Seville Orange Marmalade
We've been making this traditional, coarse-cut, Oxford-style marmalade by hand in small batches in our Crystal Palace kitchen, long before Brett & Bailey was a twinkle in our eye. In 2016 it was bestowed with a gold star from the Guild of Fine Food for its "dark lusciousness", its "rich, deep molasses flavours", and being "full of citrus zing".
It's the real deal, packed with tender peel, and the perfect balance between bitter and sweet. If you like marmalade for grown-ups, then this is the preserve for you.
Min 375g. Best before end Jan 2021. Refrigerate after opening and consume within six weeks.
