Raspberry Ripple Cake
Such a sweet summer treat, but our raspberry ripple cake hits the spot all year round. A fluffy genoise sponge is drenched with lemon syrup, then rippled with raspberry jam and finished with a mixture of indulgent white chocolate and raspberry buttercreams. There are generous handfuls of fresh raspberries nestling inside too.
