Lemon Curd Cake

So this is what happens when we're asked to make lemon cake...

A light and luscious lemon chiffon sponge is paired with layers of yolky homemade lemon curd, lashings of lemon buttercream, and finished with candied lemon slices and some white chocolate and black pepper shards. Rich, airy, and simply delicious - it's our ultimate lemon cake. We hope you like lemons as much as we do.
