This softer-than-satin chiffon sponge takes its purple hue from the powdered blueberries that we carefully fold in. We layer it with homemade blueberry and vanilla jam, and the smoothest lemon buttercream. To finish, we add the ripest, freshest blueberries; an extra blueberry smear for good measure; and adorn the lot with some shimmering silver spray.
